Calvary Church regularly offers workshops and classes for individuals dealing with recovery from a variety of issues from divorce to alcohol addition to internet pornography.

DivorceCare for Kids at Calvary

Workshop Meeting Times:

Kids experience many of the painful adjustment to divorce that parents do, yet they are often unable to process them effectively. Often parents are overwhelmed with their own issues like court dates, finances, work pressures, and the emotional toll ofa divorce to realize that their kids are hurting too.

DivorceCare 4Kids is a proven curriculum used nationally in hundreds of churches and organizations. For 13 weeks, your kids will deal with all the major recovery projects including facing their anger, not blaming themselves and forgiveness. Classes include DVDs, crafts, games, and activities that make things fun

12 Steps Men's Workshop
Starts March 7th, 2010
Sundays from 9:00-10:30am in the Brick Recovery House

Join us as we go through the Steps in the AA Big Book using all 164 pages. We also use the 12 steps and 12 traditions to amplify each step in the Big Book. You will be given Joe and Charlie C.D.’s weekly to take home to amplify the reading we did in the book. We will go through the steps in less than 4 months. If needed we provide sponsorship and transportation to and from the workshop. We can also supply Big Books and 12 by 12 if needed. This a journey you shall cherish forever .
